The Community Care Centre Ballarat is calling on locals to help purchase fuel so it can support Natimuk and Skipton area residents who lost their homes in January’s bush fires.

They have 20 households worth of furniture and appliances to be delivered, but the cost of diesel for the trips could top $10,000.

“If we can get these truckloads of furniture sponsored or supported by anybody here locally that would be amazing,” said CCCB board member Rhonda Svensson.
