Locals can find out the best places to view a solar eclipse at the Ballarat Observatory this week with the launch of a new book.
“Eclipse Chasers” by Nick Lomb and Toner Stevenson is a guide to all Australian solar eclipses, including the next five to be visible in Australia.
The book’s launch will be held on Thursday, March 23rd at the Mount Pleasant observatory with copies available for purchase on the night.
