The Ballarat region is set to host another outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) run this weekend.
This time it’s the Vikings outlaw motorcycle gang, with police media advising that local police and specialist units will be closely monitoring their movements.
“Victoria Police is aware members of the Vikings Outlaw Motorcycle Gang will be taking part in a ride on 25 February,” a police spokesperson said.
“There will be an increased police presence in the area over the weekend.”
“Police will be monitoring riders throughout Victoria as they travel to Ballarat in the lead up to the run and will take immediate action where any criminal, road safety or public order offences are identified.”
