Ballarat police have turned to the public for help to identify a man after the theft of rego plates and fuel.
Back on March 9th registration plates ZVC771 were stolen from a vehicle in Wendouree with the plates seen on another vehicle 3 days later in Delacombe.
The plates are still outstanding.

Police have released images of the vehicle and person they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
