Charges have been laid following last September’s frightening school bus rollover on the Western Freeway at Pentland Hills.
The driver of the truck that hit the bus just after 3am, a 60-year-old man from Croydon, will face 46 offences including reckless conduct endangering life.
The accident saw 27 students from Ballarat’s Loreto College all taken to hospital as well as the bus driver and four adults.

The bus was headed to the airport with the students bound for a school camp in the USA.
The truck driver is to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court this afternoon.
