A 30-year-old man and 28-year-old woman have been arrested in Delacombe today after a non-fatal shooting in Sebastopol on Tuesday night.
Armed Crime Squad detectives made the arrests with support from the Special Operations Group.
The victim, a 29-year-old man, presented at a Ballarat hospital just after midnight with a gunshot wound to his lower body.

Police believe the shooting was targeted and that the parties involved are known to each other.
