The date for round 1 of the Ballarat Football Netball League season has today been revealed.
The year will kick-off on Good Friday, April 7, with Redan hosting Lake Wendouree at the City Oval.
Interest will be high with the return of Gary Learmonth to coach in the BFNL, leading Redan to improve on last season, while Jack Fitzpatrick returns to the Lakers for another stint in charge.

The season proper will commence on April 15.
The full 2023 senior fixture will be released on Friday.
