Ballarat’s Winter Festival kicks off tomorrow, with something for everyone to enjoy.
Sovereign Hill will host Winter Wonderlights, with the iconic buildings turned into a canvas for their colourful light projections.
Fire jousts, flaming swords and magical potions will all be on show during the Knights of Fire festival at Kryal Castle.

A pop-up ice rink will also be installed between the Town Hall and Myer, allowing kids and adults to get their skates on.
Last year’s event generated an estimated $1.5 million to the local economy, with the festival on until the 16th of July.
