Ballarat Police are asking for help in finding a smuggler.
The man accused allegedly put several items under his top and walked out of a store without paying in Ballarat Central on the 16th of December.
Anyone who recognises the man pictured is asked to contact Ballarat Police or make an anonymour report to Crime Stoppers.
