A Ballarat development company building in Brown Hill is being accused of polluting a local waterway.
The EPA claims Vista Estate’s 18-hectare construction being built on Hillview Road is causing sediment to run into the Yarrowee River.
The environment group has filed an action with the Supreme Court to stop construction activity while Vista rectifies the pollution issue.
