The accused killer of Clunes woman Hannah McGuire has told a court he is willing to plead guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter.
22-year-old Lachlan Young appeared in the Supreme Court of Victoria at Ballarat yesterday.
He has plead not guilty to Ms. McGuire’s murder.

The prosecution rejected the man’s guilty plea to manslaughter and will proceed with the murder trial, expected to last five weeks.
Ms. McGuire’s body was found in a burnt-out car south-west of Ballarat early last year.
