Did you know that many of our common, modern-day ailments (headaches, eczema, constipation, diarrhoea, restless sleep, breakouts, gas, bloating, chronic upper respiratory tract infections, bed wetting, rashes, etc.) can be signs of food sensitivity?
Did you know that it can take up to three days for these symptoms to appear after eating trigger foods?
It can seem impossible to work out what foods you need to cut out and, if you do eliminate them, for how long?
Come and chat with local nutritionist and gut health specialist, Tania Bentin, to discover how you can determine which foods could be bothering you or members of your family.
We'll also talk about the steps you can take to make yourself more resilient in terms of digestion so that you don't react to as many foods in the long term. This seminar is relevant to kids and adults alike.
