Look, I know technically it's the 3rd of January, Christmas was well over a week ago, and Hot Cross Buns are already on the shelves, but I still can't get over how quick some people are to pack it all up again for another year.
Sure, leaving my Christmas lights up until June last year was probably pushing the festive cheer, but I like to think of it as letting the "Christmas Spirit" linger a little longer.
To my dismay, the only other house in my street that decorated this year, has already taken down their ever-glowing Christmas display. In fact, they had the ladder out on New Year's Day and had the whole thing packed up by lunchtime!
Am I being irrational? How early is too early to take them down?
Now just in case you need last Christmas hit, check out this epic light show!
