Ballarat’s Newest Chef Hatted Restaurant Named

A selection of Australia’s greatest restaurants have been honoured overnight at the Good Food Guide Awards in Melbourne.

The lavish event was attended by 800 of the industry's biggest names and catered by chefs Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi.

The Lake House in Daylesford picked up two Hats again this year, alongside other regional venues including: Igni, Laura, Provenance and Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel.

And right here in Ballarat, our very own underbar on Doveton Street received its very first Hat.
