Austrailia's already got a fearsome reputation for our killer wildlife - spiders, crocs, box jellyfish, and now you can add three-eyed snakes to that list.
Okay, I know this either sounds like a joke or a bad Game of Thrones character, but just look at the evidence. Yesterday the Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife Service posted these inctredible pictures of the three-eyed serpent spotted on the Arnham Highway near Humpty Doo.
Sadly, the snake has now passed away. But its legacy will live on, frightening potential tourists everywhere. Still, not as scary as a drop bear, right?
