At Daytona Sunday afternoon, seven-time Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson was looking for his first win in over a season. Rain was setting in and he was neck and neck with Paul Menard, who'd been leading for 51 laps already. Rain delays looked almost certain, so to get the edge before they set in, Johnson tried to sidedraft Menard and take the lead. Take a look at what happened instead.

Johnson went on to win the race, though he did admit afterwards, "[I] certainly hate to see all these cars tore up."
