Zachery Dunmore is back with the Ballarat Miners for the upcoming NBL1 South season.
The basketball star began with the Ararat Redbacks before heading east to develop his game – and in 2019 earned a spot in the inaugural NBL1 roster with the Miners.
“It’s a privilege to be able to play for such a great organisation and the fans that come along each week to support us,” he said.
“The league is definitely growing and I’m glad to be a part of it.
“I can’t wait to see what the season holds for us.”
Zac is also excited about playing in the Ballarat Sports and Events Centre and Elite teams manager Glenn White has described him as one of the Miners most hardworking players.
“Coming from Western Victoria as part of our talent pathway zone we hope this is another example for aspiring boys or girls, showing them that anything is possible if you have the right attitude and commitment,” he said.
Dunmore has not ruled out pursuing College opportunities in America, so at this he’ll be a registered player for the 2020 season.
