The Western Bulldogs 'Daughters of the West' program returns next week.
This time it is in Maryborough and Ballarat, with the free 10-week program run by the Western Bulldogs Coummunity Foundation aiming to give women aged 18 and over the tools to lead a healthy life, as well as creating a safe and inclusive space in which women can reflect and share stories with each other.
Participants will hear talks from health experts discussing a range of topics such as nutrition, mental health, relationships, physical activity and healthcare screenings, as well the chance for some physical activity.
The program will be run on Monday nights from 6.00pm to 8.00pm at the Maryborough Education Centre starting July 16, and on Tuesday nights in Ballarat from 7.00pm to 9.00pm starting July 17.
