More of what’s under the cladding of one of Ballarat’s most maligned buildings is starting to be revealed.
Workers have been on site this week as Norwich Plaza begins a long overdue transformation after years of neglect.
The building was purchased by new owners back in July with current tenants asked to find a new home.

This newsroom understands that once redeveloped numerous retailers will operate on the ground floor of Norwich Plaza with one major retailer taking up the entire first floor.
It comes as the City of Ballarat spends $18.6 million to upgrade The Bridge Mall including opening it up to one-way slow moving traffic.
