More than 40 appliances are currently fighting a large grass fire at Hillside Road Buangor, west of Beaufort.
An original advice warning has been upgraded to watch and act for the fire which is not yet under control.
Impacted areas include Ballyrogan, Buangor, Challicum.

The CFA says its travelling in a southerly direction from Challicum Hills towards Geelong Road.
“Staying close to a building where you can shelter is the safest option, as conditions can change suddenly,” said a CFA spokesperson.
