Victoria and NSW police are appealing to the public for help to find Neil Chettleburgh.
The 43-year-old was last seen leaving hospital in Camperdown NSW yesterday at about 11am.
Police believe he could be in Sebastopol or Ocean Grove.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build with grey medium length hair.
At the time he was seen wearing a beanie and tracksuit of an unknown colour.
