A more than three-decade old Ballarat trucking company has made a tough decision to cease operations.
Quick’s Freight Express at Wattle Flat let staff, suppliers and customers know today, with the final day to be February 28th.
They have a fleet of around 20 trucks.

“After 30+ years in the transport business we have made the very difficult decision to close our doors on 28th February 2023.”
“This decision has not been made lightly and it will be a very sad day for us & our staff on that day,” said Ross, Graeme and David Quick via a statement.
No reason has been given for the closure; the company has been contacted for comment.
