The Creswick Theatre companies first production for the year takes to the stage from tonight at the Old Courthouse Theatre.
“Arsenic and Old Lace”, which was written in the 1940’s, is described as a hilarious farce.
Cast member Chris Andrew says you’re guaranteed a laugh.

“It’s set in Brooklyn in 1941, in New York.”
“The main characters are the Brewster sisters, they’re spinsters.”
“They give a lovely warm persona, but actually behind the scenes they are busy knocking people off,” Mr. Andrew said.
