Ballarat Police are trying to locate a teen missing for nearly a week.
15-year-old Taylah was last seen in Horhsam Saturday morning and is known frequent Ballarat, Melbourne CBD, Melton, Werribee, South Morang, Bayswater, Ringwood, Hoppers Crossing, Westmeadows, Olinda, Eagle Point and Horsham.
She was last seen wearing, Black jeans, Brown strapless top, puffer jacket and Black Nike shoes
