The median price of a home in the City of Ballarat has fallen slightly in the last quarter.
New data from the REIV shows a dip of .9% for the December quarter, however over 12 months prices have risen by close to 5%.
Strong suburbs for the quarter were Ballarat North up over 7% and Newington 19%, whilst values in prestigious Lake Wendouree declined by 5%.

The median house price for Ballarat is currently $585,000.
