Ballarat police have thrown the book at a driver, who was picked up at more than three times over the blood alcohol limit.
The man was seen driving erratically at 9.30pm on Sunday, before his car swerved and hit a curb.
The driver later provided a breath test of .185.

He’s had the vehicle impounded for a month at a cost of $1,425 and now has a date with a magistrate.
